We are a Legal Firm committed to the protection of your personal data, therefore, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010 ( the "Law") and its Regulations, this Privacy Notice is extended.

What personal data do we collect and from where?

For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, we can collect your personal data when you provide it to us directly, either in person, by telephone or through our email and when we obtain information through other sources that are permitted by the law. We do not request any sensitive data, except financial data which are collected exclusively for the purposes expressed here. The personal data that we request from clients are:

Purposes of processing your personal data

Your data is collected without commercial disclosure purposes, and will only be for the following purposes:

For customers:

  • Determine the service you require and understand your legal needs to provide you with adequate legal advice;

Transfer of data that is carried out

If CSU Corporativo Legal is forced to transfer your personal data to third parties other than those mentioned here, you will be informed in advance in order to request your express consent and inform you about the terms and purposes of the third-party recipients.

Means you can use to exercise your ARCO rights to access or rectify your personal data or cancel or oppose its use

You have the right to ACCESS your personal data that we possess and the details of its treatment, as well as to RECTIFY it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; CANCEL THEM when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, they are being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or, OPPOSE their treatment for specific purposes. However, you must meet the requirements specified in the following section.

Means you can use to collect your consent for the processing of your data, as well as limit its use or disclosure
